How can I view my account with NetBenefits or establish my PIN?
NetBenefitsSM allows participants in Fidelity-serviced retirement plans to access their retirement plan account online. If your plan allows, you may access your account online at www.401k.com. Look to the right for the NetBenefits logo and click "Enter" under Access My Account. Enter your Social Security number (with no dashes or spaces) or Customer ID and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Your PIN is the same number you use when accessing your account through the automated phone system. If you already have a PIN, go to the NetBenefits Login Page. If you need a new PIN, click here. Once you set up a PIN, there is no waiting period to use NetBenefits.
The availability of NetBenefits and the services available to you depend on the specific features of your company's plan. If you are not sure if NetBenefits is offered with your 401(k) plan, please call your plan's toll free number.

Why do I get "The information you entered is not correct or your account has not been activated."
Either your Social Security Number (SSN), Customer ID or Personal Identification Number (PIN) was entered incorrectly. Things to check:
Type in the SSN or Customer ID and PIN with no letters, dashes or spaces.
The PIN for NetBenefits is the same as the PIN for the telephone.
Do not include the pound key (#) after the SSN, Customer ID or PIN on NetBenefits.
Notice that the number-pad on the keyboard is in a different order than on the telephone.
Make sure the Number Lock (Num Lock) on the keyboard is on.
Try using the numbers above the letters, not to the right of the keyboard.
Try using the return key instead of the continue button (or vice-versa).
Test the number keys in a text document to make sure that they are functioning properly.

You may need to re-establish your PIN. You may do so on the NetBenefits login page. Click "Forgot/Reset PIN." You will be asked to verify some personal information and to set up a six- to twelve-digit PIN which cannot be your date of birth, your Social Security Number or Customer ID, six of the same number, or numbers in ascending or descending order. Once you set up a PIN, there is no waiting period to use NetBenefits. To access your account after you have reinstated a PIN, please try the following steps:
The Login Page is found at http://www.401k.com. Click "Enter" under Access My Account.

[117] "Authentication Failure. Please login again."
Cookies: Our site passes electronic tickets to users that allow them to navigate securely. These tickets are known as "cookies." You must accept each cookie presented to proceed. To avoid constant warnings, we recommend that users set their browsers to accept cookies without notification or warning. To find your browser's cookie settings:
Internet Explorer 4.01:
Select View, Internet Options, and Advanced. Scroll to Cookie settings and "Accept all Cookies."
Internet Explorer 5.0 or 5.5:
Select: Tools, Internet Options, Security, and Custom Level. "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies" need to be enabled.
Netscape 4.0 or higher:
Select: Edit, Preferences, and Advanced. Cookie settings are to the right, "Accept all Cookies."
Netscape 6.0 or higher:
Select: Edit, Preferences, and Privacy and Security, then click "Cookies" radio button to enable all cookies.
If this setting is already correct and the "117" message persists, delete the bookmark or favorite file. If the bookmark or favorite was created from inside the account at NetBenefits, the "117" error may result. Instead, create a bookmark for the 401k.com homepage.

Can I use WEBTV with NetBenefits?
WEBTV is not currently compatible with our site. Although we have no specific timeframe, we hope to be compatible with WEBTV in the future.
