About QDROs
Easing the QDRO process
Preparing a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) can be a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. If you are an attorney representing a plan participant or an alternate payee, this site provides a user-friendly way to create a document that is tailored to meet the requirements of each plan. If you are a plan participant or an alternate payee, this site lets you produce a document ready for review by your attorney and/or financial advisor.

The QDRO Center also provides you with immediate access to a Glossary of Terms, Frequently Asked Questions, and each plan's QDRO Guidelines and Procedures.
Speeding the Qualification of Domestic Relations Orders

Fidelity's QDRO Center can speed the qualification of domestic relations orders. The QDRO Center is tailored to the requirements of each plan, ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. As a result, documents created tend to be significantly more complete than manually prepared orders, and are rejected less frequently. In addition, QDRO Center orders can be reviewed and processed in a fraction of the time required for other documents.
